Majboot Karein Neev (Building a Strong Foundation)

Supported by the Wipro Foundation, Majboot Karein Neev is a capacity-building program launched by Pragat Shikshan Sanstha to strengthen early childhood education across India. The course enriches teachers, coordinators, and NGO representatives through modules on child development, emotional and social growth, language and communication, play-based learning, and classroom interaction. Participants also visit PSS preschools to observe theory in practice. So far, educators from nine states have participated, with training offered in Hindi and English. Led by Dr. Manjiri Nimbkar and a team of experienced educators, the program encourages teachers to view early education with confidence, creativity, and sensitivity—laying the foundation for quality learning nationwide.
